The request extends to offers for named professorships, board seats, private foundation support, and legal defense funding options. Uthmeier emphasized that while government officials have immunity in their official capacities, personal profit from issued guidance could constitute a violation of Florida law.

The subpoena further requires Fauci to hand over records related to public health guidance issued directly to Florida businesses and communities.
