How to request a correction at Orlando Ledger News and what we do when we get it wrong.

We publish fast and at volume, which means we sometimes get things wrong. When that happens, we correct it.

How to request a correction

• Email us at ozmedia@fastmail.com with the link to the story and the fact you believe is wrong.
• If you can, attach the source backing the correction: it speeds things up considerably.
• We review every request. If the fact is indeed wrong, we fix it.

What we do when we correct

• We fix the fact in the story and update its modification date.
• If the error changed the meaning of the information, we note it in the story itself.
• If a story cannot be sustained, we take it down rather than leave it online.

Right of reply

Any person or institution mentioned who believes the information affects them can send us their side at ozmedia@fastmail.com and we will consider publishing it.
